Abstract
Nowadays , usually it is hard for us to find tuition for student except there is advertisement about it on social media network or by flyers or banner . Hence , this ideal Tuition Search System (i-TSS) is a propriety solutions allowing for the most comprehensive tuition offerings.The objective of this system is to help school student to search the best tuition with the specification required by the student or user . Specification may include the subjects choosen, place, and category (UPSR,PT3,SPM) for each tuition. Moreover , this system will also make recommendation for the the best of tuition centre for the user based on the highest rating . Collaborative filtering will be applied which will calculate the highest average rate for the tuition centre and the system will recommended the tuition centre based on top rated tuition centre in the list.

Introduction
In this technological era, many advertising system had already altered to the online application. But, unfortunately it still hard for us to find tuition centre at least there was advertisement about it on social media or banner and flyers . Its hard to find online tuition booking system that provide various choice of tuition centre based on the requirement that they want.
Therefore, this project was proposed to overcome the problems . Generally, this system consists of three (3) sections which is search for a tuition , view recommendation and register for a tuition . User must register or sign up first and then they can login into the system. After that , they can search for the interested tuition centre. User also can view status of their tuition registration whether it was approved by the tuition owner or not. Collaborative-based filtering will be applied.Collaborative filtering, also referred to as social filtering, filters information by using the recommendations of other people. It is based on the idea that people who agreed in their evaluation of certain items in the past are likely to agree again in the future.The objective of this system is to enable user to browse the ideal tuition centre that they interested and get the recommendations from the system. |

AlgorithmA collaborative recommender works with data that the user provides, which is explicitly through the rating.Based on that rating data stored in database, an average rating is calculated, which is then used to make suggestions to the user based on the highest average rating. As a lot of user give more rate on certain tuition centre or takes actions on the recommendations, the recommendation engine will becomes more and more accurate.

TechniquesA collaborative based recommender will works excellently with rating data that the user provides. The algorithm(codes) will act as an analyzer to calculate and define the highest average rating on the rating data store. User action which include (how many rates given and how many users that give rating) on certain tuition centres will determine the list of the recommendations that will be displayed in the I-TSS System. For the collaborating filtering method, user involvement really give a lot of impact on how the recommender system works.
